Precautions for use:

- Not recommended for asthmatics due to the high 1,8-cineole content (especially when inhaled or diffused).

- Possible interactions with drugs (due to its 1,8-cineole content, which has an inducing effect on certain enzymes), do not use orally without medical advice.

- Very powerful, it can irritate certain subjects in diffusion. In this case, mix it with softer essential oils True Lavender, Balsam Fir or prefer Radiated Eucalyptus.

- The use of essential oils is not recommended for children under 6 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, the elderly or those suffering from chronic pathologies.
