Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped the same day after receipt of payment if this occurs before 12:00 p.m. (legal time in metropolitan France) on a working day. They are sent via the La Poste group with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Parcels can also be sent via Mondial Relay and dropped off at a relay point. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are offered, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Shipping to DROMs (overseas departments and regions)
We are particularly committed to providing the best possible service for overseas France, once your address has been entered, the VAT will be removed from your basket, in fact, you do not have to pay VAT in mainland France, however this does not does not exempt from dock dues during customs clearance.
