Reimbursement of goods
We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:

3. the good is the wrong size

5. In the event of a change of mind or withdrawal, the item must not have been opened, damaged or complete. If applicable, the tamper evident ring must not have been broken. Refund requests can be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
Reimbursement of returned products will take place within a maximum period of 14 days.

Returns
Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
The customer must inform us of his withdrawal by telephone, email, mail, contact form or by customer account, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the package.
The package must be accompanied by the delivery note or invoice or return form.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Reimbursement of returned products will take place within a maximum period of 14 days.
Warranties
